What to include
State the material you need, your organisation, a reply address, the purpose of the review, and any deadline. Requests may include:
Current audit status and any available audit reports.
Security policy documents.
Any available penetration-test reports.
A vendor questionnaire in your own template.
Business continuity information, including any available RTO/RPO figures and disaster-recovery test evidence.
The Trust Center does not establish that a particular report or certification exists. Availability and any access or NDA requirements must be confirmed with Nullify Security.
Customers and prospective customers
The same email contact is available to existing and prospective customers. This documentation does not describe a product API for filing evidence requests or an in-product status tracker.
